Shrink-sleeve technology

The shrink-sleeve technology is used at manufacture of labels that will help the manufacturer to more successfully sell their products.

We produce shrink-sleeve labels in two ways: in the form of a single shrink sleeve and in the form of a label that is glued from the roll to the container with hot glue. When exposed to temperature, the film shrinks, forming labels that tightly fit the surface of the container. The shrinkage factor of the film can be 30-80%, depending on the type of the film. A high degree of shrinkage is used for labeling bottles of complex shapes. The most common shrink film materials are polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene and oriented polystyrene. Containers can be made of polyethylene, polypropylene or glass.
